Building for What Matters
A note on Arch Solutions’ next stage of growth
We have never been a company that makes a lot of noise. That has been intentional. Our focus has always been on the work itself, keeping critical infrastructure running for the organizations that depend on it.
But quiet and invisible are not the same thing. Over the past several months, Arch has taken several deliberate steps that reflect where the company is headed and how we are investing in the future of independent service. Each one is grounded in the same commitment to performance and partnership that has shaped Arch since the beginning.
Matt Taylor Joins as COO
In February, Matt Taylor joined Arch as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience leading technology transformation and large-scale systems implementations across industries including construction, hospitality, government contracting, and professional services.
Prior to joining full-time, Matt served on the Arch board for eight years in a fractional COO capacity, which means he arrives not as an outsider, but as someone who has been invested in our success for nearly a decade.
Growth without that foundation is not something Arch is willing to pursue. As we continue to scale, we are being as intentional about how we operate as we have always been about the quality of service we deliver. Matt’s appointment reflects that commitment.
Dedicated Regional Leadership in the UK and Europe
To continue meeting growing demand in the region, Arch has invested in a dedicated presence in London to support clients across the UK and Europe.
Today, we support clients in more than 175 countries, with 600+ forward stocking locations and four global Technical Assistance Centers. Doing business internationally is not new to Arch. But as the needs of our clients and partners evolve, and infrastructure environments become more complex, our responsibility is to stay ahead of those needs while preserving the senior-level support, responsiveness, and partnership our clients have come to expect.
Joining the Service Industry Association (SIA)
Arch was recently admitted to the Service Industry Association, a selective organization representing independent service providers across the technology industry. Gold level membership reflects the standards Arch holds itself to and the reputation built over years of delivering on them.
Independent service is not a compromise. For many organizations, it’s the smart choice for performance, cost, and long-term infrastructure health. The SIA brings together a community of providers who share that belief, and being part of that community is a natural extension of who we are.
Today, the rationale for independent service is stronger than ever. End of support timelines are compressing, infrastructure decisions are becoming more complex, and the economics of independent maintenance have never been clearer. The organizations navigating these decisions deserve better information and better partners.
Every step we take as a company – how we grow, who we partner with, and how we show up for our clients – is grounded in the same purpose: to empower through relentless performance.
For organizations working through an upcoming end-of-support decision, or evaluating what independent maintenance could mean for their infrastructure, we welcome the conversation.
